These Bin Lot and Micro-Lot coffees will always be extremely rare and limited offerings as the quality benchmark is so high that we 'restrict' volume.
Bundja Single Origin - these
coffees are sourced from growers
around the Northern NSW Region
of Australia where MTC Group has
supply agreements in place on several
boutique Estates.
MTC Group has
implemented a Quality Management
System on each farm to oversee
the agronomic management and
harvesting operations. MTC Group
then takes care and control over the
crop for the wet processing, drying,
dry processing and marketing of
these coffees.
The Bundja Brand
represents the highest of quality in
specialty coffees, with meticulous
care through the production process,
using the exclusive new "Double
Pass" processing system developed
by MTC Group. This coffee has a very
distinctive sweetness with chocolate
aroma and well balanced acidity;
it is an ideal espresso coffee, but
with the versatility to be suitable for
filter applications.
Vintage Aussie - these coffees are sourced from the same group of growers from NSW in Australia, however these coffees are processed using a "semi-washed" processing system.
The coffees exhibit the clean cup and sweetness typical of coffees that are harvested as red cherry and sent through a meticulous wet processing system. The cup exhibits characteristics of light acidity and pronounced sweetness and with a muted mouth feel to give a well balanced cup. This coffee has been developed specifically for the filter market of Europe.
