Evolving from the success of Mountain Top Coffee®, MTC Group was established in 1997 with the vision to produce the world's 'Grange Hermitage' of coffee.

The business began on Mountain Top Estate, near Nimbin in Far Northern NSW, which has since become Australia's best known and most awarded coffee plantation.

In 2006, following several successful expansions, the MTC operations grew from a single estate into an integrated coffee plantation, processing plant and marketing company.

MTC Group is the universal banner under which all our businesses are managed, including: coffee plantations, coffee processing and green coffee marketing and distribution operations.

Our intuitive business philosophy stems from a strong desire to be a world leader in quality management systems and industry innovation. We rely on the highest standards and professional values to drive forward our success in the specialty coffee sector. Demonstrating the undeniable popularity of our coffees, MTC Group has seen sales growth increases of 100% year on year over the past 3 years, with over 50% of annual production destined for export markets around the world.
