All of the specialty coffees sold by Mountain Top Estate are grade to meet SCAA specialty coffee standards and sold in three specialty grades;

Xtra Fancy

size 18/19 screen, zero primary defects

Fancy

size 16/17 screen, zero primary defects

Peaberry

size 10/11, zero primary defects

All Mountain Top Estate coffees are sold in 20kilos packs.

The Bundja & Vintage Aussie brand coffees are sold in 20 kilogram clean hessian sacks, while the Mountain Top Estate Bin Lots & Micro Lots are vacuum packaged in foil laminate bags inside an outer box.
