A Blend of our best washed coffee (Kenyan Arabica), which is the coffee picked when the fruit is prime on the tree. When harvested the fruit is immediately removed from around the seed (bean) using water. The bean is then dried (11-12% moisture content) and then settled in a contolled storage environment untill ready for final processing.

A blend of our single origin Kenyan Arabica natural coffee. Natural coffee is processed from bean whose outer pulp or fruit is allowed to over-ripen and dry around the bean on the tree. It is then fully dried (11-12% moisture content) and then settled in a contolled storage environment untill ready for final processing.This produces unparralleled and intense flavours. Smooth, fruity and sweet with a good body.
Usually a coffee fruit bears two seeds that flatten out against each other in the pod. About 5% however are loners and therefore form as round bean called peaberry. Peaberry are known for their slightly higher flavour intensity and are usefull for roasters using pans, or similar, where its beneficial for the bean to have more "roll".
