Just a quick note on the launch of our new Nimbin Blend roast, available now online. This blend has been in the offing for some years, and generally used by our supplied cafes under the 'Bin35' label. Our refinements of this blend are now complete and we thought it deserved a wider audience and a label more reflective of what it stands for.
The blend is aimed at a balanced cup favourable as much as possible to all normal brewing methods; versatile and the ideal representative of Mountain Top Coffees.

Owen and Denise took a ballon ride that coincided with the timing of this launch, a silent ride above the hills here on the Far North Coast of New South Wales, looking across to Nimbin to the West and the Pacific Ocean to the East. Pics below.
