All our coffee is grown in Australia on our own farm where rich volcanic soil and a unique micro climate combine to create Australia's finest single estate coffee. We process the coffee on-site with our own wet mill and then roast it before shipping your chosen coffee straight to your door. All Mountain Top Estate coffees are suitable for any type of brewing method.
Mountain Top Estate is located in the mountains above Nimbin in Northern NSW. Our single origin coffee possesses unique qualities owing to our low altitude, volcanic soil, and topography. Coffee grown in our region is typically Kenyan (K7) Arabica, which is renowned for its sweetness, chocolate notes and abundant fruitiness. These qualities are enhanced due to the slow ripening that occurs in our low latitude region. Mountain Top Estate coffee is naturally grown and pesticide free.
Our 100% Arabica K7 variety enables us to produce specialty grade coffee that has gained fame worldwide. Our microlot coffee has been used by several World Barista Championship contestants, including 2005 winner Tim Wendleboe.
